This Uncle Sam hat is made of white crushed velvet.  The 5" blue velvet band has 3" stars. The crown is 8" tall and the brim is 2.5" wide. The hat is heavy duty laminated cardboard with additional glue applied while laminating the fabric to the brim. These are quality hats that hold up to everything but heavy rain. Made in USA.
