Using a tape measure, measure the widest part of your head just above the ears and eyebrows. Put your finger between the head and the tape measure for a little slack. If you are on the upper end of the measurement for the size, go up a size. We include additional foam tape for custom fitting.

Stretching Your Hat
Gently stretching the hat as shown can help adjust the fit. Place knee in hat while holding the other side. Placement of knee depends on where the hat is tight. This will help "break it in." You can also use the steam from a steamer or steam iron to gently stretch it.

The Stretch Band
