Shipping

Domestic:

We strive to provide our customers with affordable shipping prices with the best delivery times. Currently we ship with USPS and UPS only. We can ship Fedex but there may be additional charges. Call us if you want to use Fedex.

All shipping times are estimates based on the time the order was processed. We try to process orders in 1 -2 business days. We will contact you if there will be a delay.

Our shipping calculator may quote prices higher than the actual shipping prices. For instance, if you are purchasing a Cavalier hat, are not in a hurry and are shipping to California it can ship Parcel Select for about $18.00 but at this time I am unable to show that choice at check out. If you want to know the actual shipping costs before we process the order please make that request in the customer comment section in the shopping cart or call us. We will refund any excess shipping charges when we process your order.

International:

First Class is available but there is no estimate of shipping time or tracking on the package.

We cannot inform you if you will or will not be charged any customs fees, duties or taxes once the package reaches it's destination. These charges will need to be paid by the recipient.

Return Policy:

We will exchange it or issue a refund if you contact us right away, and as long as the hat has not been worn or altered. This needs to be handled as soon as you receive the hat. Unless it is our error, all shipping charges will be at your expense. Custom orders should be considered non refundable. All orders will be non refundable after 14 days unless we discuss special circumstances.
