Robin Hood Bycocket - Black / Green
Robin Hood is an English folk hero; a courteous, pious and swashbuckling outlaw of the medieval era, who is famous for his robbing the rich to feed the poor and fighting against injustice and tyranny.
This style hat is often called a bycocket, "A bycocket or bycoket is a style of hat that was fashionable for both men and women in Western Europe from the 13th to the 16th century. It has a wide brim that is turned up in the back and pointed in the front like a bird's beak. In French, it is called a chapeau à bec due to this resemblance."
Our quality bycockets are suede like fabric in black with tan, green or red piping, buckskin with tan piping, olive green with green (small only) or tan piping, sage green with tan piping or hunter green with tan piping. All have a 10 " pheasant feather and come in sizes for children and adults.
