These mini top hats or riding hats are useful for many periods, steampunk and gothic aristocrat costumes. They have been seen at weddings, tea parties and steeplechase events. 
This one is pink and blue sporting a white sash with bow in the back and a silver metallic doughnut decoration.
 
They measure 5" tall. The brim is 9" long and 8" wide. There is adjustable elastic that goes in the back of the head under the hair.
