These mini top hats or riding hats are useful for many periods, steampunk and gothic aristocrat costumes. They have been seen at weddings, tea parties and steeplechase events.
This one is purple brocade with a black sash with bow and a pearl like wrapped bow end.
 
They measure 5" tall. The brim is 9" long and 8" wide. There is adjustable elastic that goes in the back of the head under the hair.
