These mini top hats or riding hats are useful for many periods, steampunk and gothic aristocrat costumes. They have been seen at weddings, tea parties and steeplechase events.
This one is green embossed velvet with a beautiful black sash, tule bow, and a silver metal with tear drop pear jewel.  
They measure 5" tall. The brim is 9" long and 8" wide. There is adjustable elastic that goes in the back of the head under the hair.
