This navy flat cap with a black side has  a 2  1/4" brim and  measures 12  1/2" x 11 1/2" across the top. The feathers shown with it are Raspberry and Navy Single Feather Pins. There is a stretch band with elastic and a cord stop to adjust the size. These will fit all but XXL, Custom sizes available.
