Tall hats are built with a plastic crown and laminated cardboard and covered with brocade or chenille fabric. The brim is 2" wide and the crown is 5" tall.  Trims will vary. Tall hats run a little large. Good for the Elizabethan period. The photo of the gentleman in costume is of a different sage fabric but shows the style in action
