These mini top hats or riding hats are useful for many periods, steampunk and gothic aristocrat costumes. They have been seen at weddings, tea parties and steeplechase events.
This one is black & white stripped with a beautiful black sash, and a perfectly delicate series of rhinestones around the base of the crown.  
They measure 5" tall. The brim is 9" long and 8" wide. There is adjustable elastic that goes in the back of the head under the hair.
