Hat Bands

These removable fabric hat bands can be added to Mad Hatters, Top Hats or John Bulls to change the look and feel of a hat. By putting a band on a Top Hat for example you can create a Top Hat useful for a Dickens event. The width of the band can be varied by folding under any excess. They must be ordered in the size of the hat.
