This black and green flat cap has a 2 1/4" brim and the crown measures 12 1/2" x 11 1/2". There is a stretch band with elastic and a cord stop to adjust the size. These will fit all but XXL, 25" and up. The feathers shown are single plumes, one black and one cinnamon.
