Ordering & Shipping Information

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For Paypal orders, please email us. We will need to know what you wish to order, your shipping address and the email address you use for Paypal. We will invoice you through Paypal.

Please email or phone us with questions or to place an order. We will check stock and be able to give you an idea of when you can expect to receive your hats. Please remember that our business involves time on the road and though we try to respond promptly it is not always possible. During our show season it will be harder to order directly and we encourage you to come to a show if possible.

We ship USPS and shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the box.

Our Secure Server Order Form uses Secure Socket Layer technology. You will see the padlock symbol on your browser when you click 'Checkout'. All your personal information is secure.

Returns

Sometimes a purchase turns out to be the wrong size or color or the style just doesn't work for you. We will exchange it or issue a refund if you contact us right away, and as long as the hat has not been worn or altered. This needs to be handled as soon as you receive the hat. All shipping charges will be at your expense. Custom orders should be considered non refundable. All orders will be non refundable after 14 days unless we discuss special circumstances

Sizing

Many hats are one size, however check our sizing page for sizing information.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are based on destinations & categories. Match letter to column in table below:

1. One or two of the following:
   Berets, feather pins, Circlets, Cones, Flat Caps, French Hoods, Headband Falls, Horned Headdresses, Henry VIIIs, Isabellas, Jesters, Robinhoods, Roundlets, t-shirts, Wizards.
2. One of the following Structured Hats:
   Tall Hat, Top Hat, Cavalier, Tricorn
   or 3-4 of the above A styles.
3. Two or more structured hats listed above as B styles, all other multiple purchases.
   
   

Shipping charges are ESTIMATES. Some orders may be a little more or less. We will choose USPS or UPS for shipping depending on which is best for timely delivery. Please email or call 276-694-4636 for 3 day select UPS charges or for estimated delivery dates.

All PO BOX addresses must go USPS.

Please specify in customer comment if you have a preference. Large boxes with Cavaliers  or Pirate hats will go UPS unless you live in a state that is very close to Virginia.

A 5% tax will be added for any shipment to Virginia

ALL UPS PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED unless the customer requests signature required. There is a $3.00 charge for this service. 

International Shipping & Customs

If you have selected INTERNATIONAL shipping we will email you with the shipping costs for your approval before we process your order.
We will email you within a day or two with your shipping choices and estimated delivery times. We will not process your order until you respond.

We do not have any way to find out about customs fees or the time required to clear customs in other countries.
